Plainhouse’s production facility (Dentalcare) is located in Hwaseong-city, Gyeonggi-do. It’s divided into two factories and its overall production capacity is 250 millions to 500 millions of toothbrushes production a month. We maintain QC system keeping very low defect rate which is lower than 0.001%.

Quality of a toothbrush depends on its color, material, postprocess and how to pack. The Plainhouse CMF team is able to suggest many solutions to distinguish your product.
Material development
The Plainhouse material team constantly researches on new material to differentiate toothbrush handles which are made of ordinary plastic.
Test, production ceritificate
Plainhouse does safety tests internally to make sure of the product stability.
